Computerization and MIS:

The Society adopted a computerized management system in 1992 to effectively manage its growing volume of operations and improve administrative efficiency. The implementation of Data Processing and MIS has significantly strengthened the Society's accounting, billing, costing, and financial management functions. The computerized system enables the timely and accurate preparation of key financial statements, including the Trading Account, Profit and Loss Account, and Balance Sheet. It has enhanced the speed, accuracy, and reliability of financial reporting while improving overall operational efficiency and help better management control.

Solar Energy Equipment :

The Society's Dairy Unit requires a substantial quantity of hot water for cleaning dairy plant machinery, processing equipment, and other operational purposes. Traditionally, this requirement was met through a conventional boiler system using diesel fuel. To improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs, the Society has installed a modern solar water heating system with a capacity of 4,000 litres per day (LPD), capable of supplying hot water at approximately 80°C. This renewable energy solution has significantly reduced the consumption of diesel fuel and lowered energy costs, while also contributing to environmental sustainability. As part of its commitment to promoting non-conventional sources of energy, the Society has also installed four solar photovoltaic street lights of 11 watts each at the project site. These initiatives demonstrate the Society's commitment to energy conservation, sustainable development, and environmentally responsible operations.

The steady flow of visitors reflects the Society's reputation as a leading example of effective co-operative development and rural entrepreneurship.
